'Wind Whisperer' blooms profusely with whisper soft pink and ivory 6-8" ruffly single flowers. The texture gives each flower the look of being wind-borne like a sail full of wind. The bush is full, lush, and pretty. The parents of 'Wind Whisperer' are 'Born to be Wild' and 'April Showers.' Released from HVH in 2012.
