Wind Surfer's flowers are 7-8" singles in rings of lavender, pink, white, and red. In hot summer weather, it develops white spots. The upright bush has dark green, glossy foliage and is of average height. Wind Surfer's parents are Rainbow Christie and Fourth Of July. Released from HVH in 2006.
