'Star of India'

'Star of India' is the best bloomer among this years new varieties. What it lacks in flower size (respectable but medium-sized 6-7" blooms) it makes up for in sheer number of flowers. The bush branches naturally and each branch makes multiple flower buds. This cross of 'Cosmic Gold' and 'Saffron' yielded an upright, attractive, and medium-sized bush with flowers characterized by a bright star-like eye surrounded with rich orange color. Released from HVH in 2011.
