'Scarlet Dragon'Another hibiscus in our Dragon series, 'Scarlet Dragon' gives us large 7-9" deep scarlet flowers with a hint of the trademark dragon's breath spiraling out from the center of each petal. The color and markings come straight from father 'Dragon's Breath,' but the upright, easy-to-grow bush comes from mother 'Saffron.'
