![]() Renaissance Blue Renaissance Blue is a single that is quite variable in color and markings, depending on weather conditions, fertilizer, and season. At times there are lots of white markings around the edge, other times there are none. In winter it will often resemble Lora, with shimmering shades of lavender and reddish purple dominating. In summer it will be more of a gray lavender with tones of blue and white markings as can be seen in some of the photos. The flower will open from 6-7" across and is completely overlapped. It is upright, branches well, and features attractive foliage that helps give it a full and bushy look. It is also extremely floriferous. It is not unusual to count more than 2 dozen buds forming on a mature bush. Unlike many of the existing 'blues,' Renaissance Blue presents admirable bush qualities. We were very fortunate to have success with Renaissance Blue early in the program, and Renaissance Blue continues to be one of our very best 'blues' available. ![]() Renaissance Blue in Cooler Weather   |
