Longhorn Pride in Summer - a Tiny Bit More Yellow

This intriguing cross between Rosalind and Tis Huge is extremely strong and vigorous, but not in the out-of-control way of some of the sprawling hibiscus plants. Longhorn Pride grows in a powerful, even burst of sustained growth. The imposing orange flower fits the bush - huge and bold. Longhorn Pride is named in honor of the University of Texas school mascot, The Texas Longhorn, with a flower color is a nice bright orange to match the school colors. It blooms with a 7-9" flower and very consistent color through all weather conditions. Released from HVH 2004.
