'Hibiscus arnottianus' is one of the original species hibiscus. Native to Hawaii, it is the only ancestor of the modern hibiscus with a light fragrance, although it releases its fragrance quickly after the bloom opens. H. arnottianus blooms with mini 3-5" pure white single blooms. The bush is very slow growing and grows to medium height. Released from HVH in 2009.
