'Dr. Strangelove' is a fitting name for the most unusual flower we are introducing this year. The 5-7" blooms are strange and fascinating,and the warmer the weather gets, the stranger they get. In cool winter weather, the flowers look much more "normal" and traditionally beautiful. The colors of 'Dr. Strangelove' obviously come from the father 'Muffin Man' rather than the mother 'Rainbow Christie.' Like 'Muffin Man' this variety is a better than average bloomer, making tons of flowers throughout the year. The bush is smaller and slower growing than some, but will still reach 3 feet in a pot over several years. Released from HVH in 2010.
