Hibiscus 'Dark of Night'

'Dark of Night' is one of the more unusual hibiscus we have grown, both in color and form. Usually the 5-7" flowers have one or more petaloids, making this a crested single. The deep purple-gray-blue color comes from the cross of two blue flowers, "Midnight Blue" and "Blue President." The bush is upright and of medium vigor. Released from HVH in 2010.
