Burnished Plum's flowers are 6-7" tufted singles in lavenders and lilacs with a soft pink eye. Burnished Plum's colors change with the season, from the softest lavender to a strongly marked mix of purple, white, pink, and even red at times. The bush is medium-sized with highly serrated leaves. Burnished Plum is the offspring of Burnished Gold and Frosted Plum. Its father, Frosted Plum, had a beautiful flower but a terrible bush that would not stand upright. Burnished Plum has an equally beautiful flower, but a much improved, upright bush. Released from HVH in 2006.
